Additional snow and sleet accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening, and Wednesday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy bands of snow and sleet possible late Monday night through early Tuesday afternoon.
