  South central Liberty County in southeastern Texas...
  East central Harris County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 545 PM CST.

* At 520 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Mont Belvieu,
  or near Beach City, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Northern Baytown, Barrett, Mont Belvieu, Old River-Winfree, Cove,
  Wallisville, and Hankamer.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
  county, Harris.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 509 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause
    minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches
    of rain have fallen in the past hour.

    Northwestern Pasadena, northwestern Baytown, Galena Park,

At 508 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Mont Belvieu, or near Baytown, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Baytown, Liberty, Beach City, Highlands, Barrett, Channelview, Mont
Belvieu, Anahuac, Old River-Winfree, Ames, Cove, San Jacinto State
