James “Jim” Womack a/k/a “WO”
Jim was born March 21, 1950, in Houston Texas to Huland Ellison and Eula Mae Womack. He was called home to the heavens on August 9, 2021.
Jim was a fun-loving person who enjoyed the outdoors, he loved to Bar-B-Que, Fish, and Hunt. He never met a stranger! Strangers became friends and friends became family, that is how big his heart was. He grew up in Houston, but he lived for a short time in North Dakota, he worked in Montana for a bit before being transferred to the Midland/Odessa area where is spent a little over 3 years before returning to his hometown of Houston.
Jim was preceded in death by his Father, Huland Ellison Womack, his Mother, Eula Mae Gregson Womack, his brothers Huland “Gene” Womack and Thomas “Pud” Womack, a niece Dawna Womack, as well as, his Grandparents and various other family members.
He is survived by his brothers, Charles “Hickey” Womack, Donald “Don” Womack and Richard Womack, his beloved fur babies, Richie and Shorty, a niece, Kay Lynn Vavrina, a nephew, Darren Womack, Rebecca Barkie Womack, wife, and a grandson, Dayton Ahoe and numerous other family and friends.
