The Montgomery County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management issued the following statement, along with a link to register for debris removal, along with other important information:
While our priority is keeping the shelters, cooling centers and distribution sites open and running until power is fully restored we are working behind the scenes with our debris removal contractors to get all the necessary permits and plans in place to begin debris removal within the next few days.
As we determine the exact location and dates of of debris removal we will share that information.
For now please make sure you’re following the debris guidelines below and get your debris to the curb or edge of the road.
