At 6:40pm a report of an officer shooting a suspect was dispatched on Valleywood Drive and I-45 behind Carrabbas Italian. Units responded along with SMC Fire and MCHD. A male in his 30’s was shot by an officer and medics were performing CPR. He was eventually transported to Memorial Hermann Woodlands with CPR in progress. Currently Valleywood is closed at I-45. Investigators are on the scene along with the Montgomery County District Attorneys Office. We are currently waiting on additional information. The officer was not injured.
