9:46 p.m. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office investigators are arriving on the scene of the officer-involved shooting in Oak Ridge North, in south Montgomery County. Multiple agencies were involved, so it’s unclear, at this point, who actually shot the suspect. Montgomery County District Attorney Brett Ligon has responded to the scene with his investigators, as well as the Texas Rangers. Lane Ln. is CLOSED to traffic, and will be for most of the night.

9 p.m. Harris County officer-involved shooting: The suspect was pronounced dead on the scene at 8:34 p.m. The pursuit entered Montgomery County from Harris County. The scene is still active and the story will be unfolding for quite a while. Details will be provided here as they become available. The scene is located at Lane Ln. at Westwood in Oak Ridge North, near The Woodlands, Texas.
