1256AM-The Harris County Deputy shot just before 10pm is in stable condition at Memorial Hermann in The Woodlands. A second deputy was hit in the pant leg. Another man who was not involved but was inside the home was shot multiple times and flown by Life Flight. The wife of the suspect was rescued from the home. The suspect who was handcuffed at the time of the shooting was able top somehow pull a .45 from his waistband and shoot. Deputies did return fire. Moments ago the suspect was found dead in the home by SWAT.
