On December 04, 2019 Investigators with Constable Mark Herman’s Criminal Investigation Division
conducted an investigation into alleged prostitution at the HY Spa located in the 3400 block of FM 2920 after
receiving a tip regarding possible prostitution from the establishment.
Constable Investigators entered the spa posing as customers and were offered sex acts for a fee by the spa
manager, Wei Dong Chen.
As a result, Wei Dong Chen was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Prostitution.
Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 05.
Further investigation revealed that she has been arrested prior for Prostitution.
