HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Friday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 17500 block of Hidden Forest Drive in reference to a welfare check. Deputies arrived and found two male suspects physically fighting. During attempts to separate the fighting men, one suspect assaulted and urinated on a Deputy.
After a brief struggle, the suspect was safely detained but he refused to identify himself. After further investigation, Constable Deputies identified him as Felton Burton. The other man was detained and identified as Every Zion, who was found to have an open Felony Warrant from Louisiana, for Lewd or Lascivious acts with a Minor
“Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Felton Burton was charged with Assault on a Public Servant. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 337th District Court. Zion Every was arrested for the open out of state warrant. His bond and court information have not been set at this time.” Constable Mark Herman said.
