HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Thursday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 3800 block of FM 2920 Road. The driver was identified as Jose Gomez, who displayed several signs of intoxication. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined that he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed he had four previous DWI convictions on his record.
“Jose Gomez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with his fifth offense of Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $40,000 out of the 263rd District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
