GUNNIGLE, JAMES MICHAEL, AGE 66, OF 3 FAIRLIGHT CT, THE WOODLANDS, WAS ARRESTED FOR HIS SECOND DWI AT BRANCH CROSSING AND LEDGESTONE AT 2:30 AM BY MCSO.
BAILEY, DANIEL MURPHY, 39, OF 10307 SUPERIOR LN, MAGNOLIA, WAS ARRESTED IN THE 6600 BLOCK OF FM 1488 BY MCSO FOR HIS SECOND DWI.
GARZA, NATHANIEL RAY, 23, OF 22627 BOLANZO IN NEW CANEY WAS ARRESTED AT 5 AM BY PRECINCT 4 DEPUTIES AT NORTH PARK AND ROCK CREEK FOR DWI, UNLAWFULLY CARRYING A WEAPON, AND EVADING ARREST.
A PCT4 Deputy was almost struck by Garza while trying to stay dry underneath the US 59 overpass at Northpark Dr. Garza’s vehicle almost crashed into the Deputy, then took off at a high rate of speed through dangerous weather conditions. The Deputy pursued the vehicle and conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). The Deputy determined the driver was intoxicated and same day, shipped him to the County Jail.
