HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Sunday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 6900 block of Foxmont Lane in reference a teenage girl in distress. Upon arriving, deputies met with an 18-year-old female complainant who said she had been held against her will in a nearby home for approximately one month before she was able to escape.
Deputies investigated the allegation and identified the suspects who held the victim against her will as 31-year-old Jose Reyes and 29-year-old Jacueline Macias.
“Jose Reyes and Jaqueline Macias were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Kidnapping. Their bond and court information have not been set at this time,” Constable Mark Herman said.
