On Saturday, Oct. 1st from 5pm-8pm, the residents of Oak Hollow, Country Lane and Walnut Creek subdivisions in Magnolia, Tx will be hosting a "Party of Thanks" for the heroes of the Tri-County fire for saving our homes and in many cases our pets as well. The party will be located at the park next to the entrance to the Oak Hollow Subdivision on Oak Hollow Blvd @ Fm1488. Many of the residents will be there and all of the men and women who took part in the heroic effort to stop the fire are invited as well. This event will not only be a way for us to thank the heroes but also to unite as a community and meet several of our neighbors for the very first time. Regrettably, the Tri-County fire devastated many families but, on a positive note, it has also been the spark that set ablaze the spirit of community and friendship in our area. It has become a trial endured and shared and one which will not be quickly forgotten. We hope to see you there on Saturday to join us in honoring our heroes.
