MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Thursday, Constable Ryan Gable’s Criminal Investigations Division executed a residential search warrant at a Conroe home. The search warrant stemmed from a proactive investigation into promotion and distribution of child pornography in The Woodlands.
The investigation found that the defendant, 48-year-old Darrin D. Lamoy, was associated with promoting and possessing over 21,000 images depicting child sexual assault. During the search warrant devices were located and forensically reviewed. Darrin D. Lamoy was in possession of images depicting toddlers in a sexual manner.
Lamoy was taken into custody at the scene and is currently incarcerated at the Montgomery County Jail, charged with five counts of third-degree felony Possession/Promotion of Child Pornography and a $150,000 bond.
