MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- A fugitive listed among the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Top Ten Most Wanted was arrested on the afternoon of December 10, 2025, following a coordinated law enforcement operation in Conroe.
According to officials, Constable Ryan Gable’s Criminal Interdiction Unit and K-9 Unit, with assistance from Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Division agents, located and served a fugitive warrant at a residence in the 500 block of Hickerson Street.
Upon entering the residence, deputies confirmed the identity of Marvin Rayshun Bowden and took him into custody without incident. Bowden was wanted on a felony charge of Failure to Comply as a Sex Offender out of Walker County.
After his arrest, Bowden was transported and booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail.
Constable Ryan Gable thanked the Texas Department of Public Safety for its assistance and emphasized his office’s commitment to public safety, stating that his team remains dedicated to protecting the community from individuals who pose a threat.
All suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
