Pct. 4 Arrests Convicted Felon in Bank Jugging Case

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office Special Operations Unit arrested a convicted felon during a traffic stop in the 10200 block of Veterans Memorial Drive, identifying him as a suspected bank jugger.

Authorities say the suspect, 44-year-old Chikei Williams, had allegedly burglarized a vehicle in search of cash. During the stop, deputies allegedly discovered a ski mask and a window punch (a tool commonly used to break car windows) in his possession.

“Chikei Williams was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Possession of Unlawful Use of a Criminal Instrument,” said Constable Mark Herman. Williams’s bond was set at $200 by County Court 8.

Deputies noted that Williams has a prior felony conviction.
