HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – On Wednesday, a sergeant with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office received a tip regarding the location of a wanted fugitive, leading to a successful arrest and drug seizure.
Deputies conducted a warrant service in the 11900 block of Aldine Westfield Road, where they located and apprehended the suspect, identified as Rudolph Gonzalez. Authorities confirmed Gonzalez had outstanding felony warrants for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Assault.
During the arrest, deputies also say they discovered 0.95 grams of cocaine in his possession. As a result, Gonzalez now faces an additional charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
“Rudolph Gonzalez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance,” Constable Mark Herman said. “His bond was set at $95,000 out of the 208th District Court.”
