Pct. 4 Arrests Fugitive Wanted for Aggravated Kidnapping

HOUSTON, TX– On May 8, 2025, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit assisted the U.S. Marshals Office and the Texas Department of Public Safety in executing an arrest warrant for a wanted fugitive in North Harris County.

Authorities found suspect Ezra Hill at a residence in the 16800 block of Sugar Pines Dr., where he was taken into custody without incident. Hill had an outstanding felony warrant for Aggravated Kidnapping out of Lake County, Indiana.

“Ezra Hill was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant and is currently awaiting extradition. His bond and court information have not been set at this time,” Constable Mark Herman said.

The collaborative operation highlights ongoing efforts by local and federal law enforcement to apprehend dangerous fugitives and ensure public safety across jurisdictions.
