HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On October 23, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Sam Houston Parkway East. The driver was identified as 19-year-old Johanna Grace Janae Momon. During the investigation, deputies discovered that Momon had an open warrant for Assault – Bodily Injury issued by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
“Johanna Momon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time,” Constable Mark Herman said.
