MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Sunday morning, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden’s Office responded to the Porter Walmart where Asset Protection employees were dealing with three theft suspects. Two were New Caney residents and one was from Houston. Deputies reviewed the evidence and arrested all three.
Lauren Claire Roth, 22, of Houston is charged with class B misdemeanor Theft, more than $100, but less than $750.
Blaze Samuel Brening, 20, of New Caney is charged with class B misdemeanor Theft, more than $100, but less than $750.
Christopher Regis Ringo, 32, of New Caney is charged with class B misdemeanor Theft, more than $100, but less than $750.
All three suspects have been released on Personal Recognizance (PR) Bonds and will have to appear in Montgomery County Court at Law 5, before Judge Keith Stewart.
