Pct. 4 Crime Report

Montgomery County Pct 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden reports the following events for the date of 6/23/09 – 6/30/09

Pct 4 deputies served 58 civil papers throughout East Montgomery County, leaving 51 civil papers pending to be served. 3 writs were served and 9 evictions. Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s office made several arrests, from these arrest 17 JP 4 warrants were cleared. The deputies also arrested 4 people for outstanding Montgomery County misdemeanor warrants and 4 people on felony warrants.

No DL, No Insurance, No Way
10 vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County for no DL and no insurance and numerous citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations.

* During the past week the Pct 4 office recovered 3 stolen vehicles in the Porter / New Caney area on the separate incidents resulting in 1 arrest.

* Joseph Mays Jr and Jennifer Mendez both of Conroe were arrested after Judge Metts found them both to be indirect contempt of court.
