Montgomery County Pct 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden reports the
Following events for the dates of June 8 through June 16.

Warrants
Pct 4 deputies served 158 civil papers throughout East Montgomery County, leaving 50 civil papers pending to be served. 13 writs were served and 13 evictions. Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s office made several arrest, from these arrests 27 JP 4 warrants were cleared. The deputies also arrested 7 people for outstanding Montgomery County misdemeanor warrants and 1 felony warrants.

No Dl, No Insurance, No Way
7 vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County for no DL and no insurance and numerous citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations.

Multi Tasking
On June 11th Lt. Mark Seals recovered a stolen vehicle while investigating an Illegal dumping scene located off of Honeybee LN the vehicle was returned to the owner as well locating the two individuals responsible for the illegal dumping resulting in citations which carries a fine up to $500.00.

Going to school
Several Deputies completed a 20 hour mandatory Civil Process school which covered civil process and Civil law. A total of 193 warrants were recalled as a result of the county’s latest Amnesty program that was implemented earlier this month and runs till the end of June. A total of 24 JP warrants were cleared from arrest made by other agencies.
