* Pct 4 deputies served 84 civil papers throughout East Montgomery County, leaving 50 civil papers pending to be served. 5 writs were served and 10 evictions.
* Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s office made several arrests, from these arrest 38 JP 4 warrants were cleared. The deputies also arrested 9 people for outstanding Montgomery County misdemeanor warrants and 6 felony warrants. ,/b>
No Dl, No Insurance, No Way
12 vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County for no DL and no insurance and numerous citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations.
* On March 21, 2009 deputies with the Montgomery County Pct 4 Constable’s office conducted an investigation into the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors with Agents of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. They went to 45 stores in East Montgomery County from those stores deputies arrested James Eckles, Mario Fernandes, Saurabh Patel, Autumn Collins and Cathy Sumrall all for selling alcohol to minors. Selling alcohol to a minor is a class A misdemeanor punishable by fines and/or jail time.
