Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 deputies served 25 civil papers throughout East Montgomery County leaving 55 pending. There were no evections or writs served. Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s office made several arrest, from these arrests 38 JP 4 warrants were cleared. The Deputies also arrested 1 person for an outstanding Montgomery County misdemeanor warrant, and 1 person was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.

No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way
18 vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County for no DL and no insurance and 15 citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations. Two other vehicles were towed after the driver’s were arrested during a traffic stop.

Neighborhood Narcotics Patrol
On 10-21-09 at 9:00 pm Deputy Looza located a wanted person in the Roman Forest area near Hwy 59. The passenger of a small gray car was identified as 31-year-old Arthur Woodcock, who was wanted by Texas Pardons and Patrol. During the investigation Woodcock was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Woodcock was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. He will be going back to TDC.
