Montgomery County Pct 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden reports the following events for the date of 01/05/09 – 01/12/10

Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 Deputies served several civil papers throughout East Montgomery County. There were several evections served. Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s office made several arrest, from these arrest 19 JP 4 warrants were cleared. The Deputies also arrested 2 persons for outstanding Montgomery County misdemeanor warrants. Two people were arrested for felony warrants
No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way
11 vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County for no DL and no insurance and 27 citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations. 2 other vehicles were towed after the driver’s were arrested during a traffic stop.
Neighborhood Narcotics Patrol
On 01-08-10 at 4:00 pm Deputy Boudreaux conducted a traffic stop on a small green car on Pickering Rd. in New Caney. The driver of this vehicle had no driver’s license. Further investigation lead to the arrest of 21 year old Brian Fielder from Huntsville Tx for possession of marijuana. Brian was transported to the East Montgomery County Jail. His bond was set at $500.00
Public Intoxication
On 01-07-10 at 2:45 pm Deputy Boudreaux was performing Bailiff duties for Judge Metts Justice of the Peace court. 39 year old Gary Rahilly arrived to court intoxicated for a second time. Several months ago Gary was arrested in this same court for being intoxicated. Gary was placed into the East Montgomery County Jail.
