Montgomery County Pct 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden reports the Following events for the date of Jan. 26 – Feb. 3, 2010

Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 Deputies served 107 civil papers throughout East Montgomery County. There were 24 evections served along with 7 writs. Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s office made numerous arrest, from these arrest 24 JP 4 warrants were cleared. The Deputies also arrested 4 persons for outstanding Montgomery County misdemeanor warrants. One person was arrested for an active felony warrant.
No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way!
Five vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County for no driver’s license and no insurance and 10 citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations. Two other vehicles were towed after the driver’s were arrested during a traffic stop.
Neighborhood Narcotics Patrol
On 01-28-10 at 11:00 am Deputy Boudreaux responded to a New Caney neighborhood for a follow up investigation of a case that involved theft of electricity. Deputy Boudreaux was assisted by several other Deputies. The owner of the property was identified as 37 year old Danny Gourley from New Caney. Danny had been convicted of a felony charge in the past. Further investigation lead to the arrest of Danny for the possession of firearms, body armor, and a large amount of methamphetamines. Two females were arrested for the scene for active JP-4 warrants. Several pieces of suspicious stolen property were seized from the scene. Danny was transported to the East Montgomery County Jail.
On 01-28-10 at 1:00 pm Chief Deputy Welch was leaving the scene after assisting Deputy Boudreaux with the Danny Gourley narcotics arrest, when he conducted a traffic stop on a red Chevy truck for a traffic violation in the same New Caney neighborhood. The driver was identified as 22 year old Clint Williams from Houston Tx. Further investigation lead to the narcotics arrest after marijuana was located inside the vehicle. Clint was arrested for possession of marijuana and transported to the East Montgomery County Jail.
On 01-29-10 at 1:30 am Deputy Bergland conducted a traffic stop on a green truck in the Old Houston rd. area for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 23 year old Ivan Garzoria from New Caney. During the traffic stop Deputy Bergland noticed marijuana inside the vehicle. Ivan was arrested for possession of marijuana and transported to the East Montgomery County Jail.
On 01-31-10 at 8:55 am Deputy Bergland conducted a traffic stop on a red sports car for a traffic violation on FM 1485 East, in New Caney. The driver of the car was identified as 43 year old Robert Jackson from New Caney. Further investigation lead to Robert’s arrest for possession of a controlled substance and money laundering, he was transported to the East Montgomery County Jail. His bonds were set at $23,000. A room mate of Robert was identified as 39 year old Kevin Coolidge from New Caney. Further investigation lead Deputies back to a home on FM 1485 that lead to the arrest of Kevin for possession of a controlled substance after Kevin was found to be in possession of Meth. Kevin was transported to the East Montgomery County Jail. His bond was set for $6,000.
On 02-02-10 at 11:50 pm Deputy Ford conducted a traffic stop on a gold truck in the New Caney area for a traffic violation. The driver was identified as 20 year old Clinton Smith from New Caney. Further investigation lead to his arrest for possession of marijuana. Clinton was transported to the East Montgomery County Jail. His bond was set at $500.
On 02-02-10 at 4:00 pm Chief Deputy Welch responded to a home on Strickland Dr. near Daw Collins in reference to a tip of illegal narcotics being made. A female and a male was on location . The male was identified as 37 year old Elijah Cagle from Cleveland. During the investigation it was discovered that meth had been produced at this home in the past. A small amount of meth and several syringes were located on the property. Elijah was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was currently out on bail for the same narcotics charge. He was transported to the East Montgomery County Jail and his bond was set at $100,000.
On 02-03-10 at 8:00 am Deputy Smith and Deputy Morrow went to a home on Old Houston rd. to serve a warrant on a white male. As they arrived they noticed the male inside the home through a window. A female met the Deputies at the door and advised them that the person in question was not at home. Further investigation lead to the arrest of the female for possession of marijuana and a white male was arrested for an active warrant, fail to ID , and hindering apprehension. The male was found to hiding in the attic, he then gave a false name. Both were taken to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
