Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch had broadcast an attempt to locate over the police radio just before they were located by Smith and Morrow. The Deputies watched the vehicle and soon made contact with three people from this vehicle. A 45 year old black female was identified as Sheila Lee from Oklahoma. She had escaped from a jail facility in Oklahoma about a month ago. She had called her son and his friend to bring her from Oklahoma down to Texas to stay with family. The other two people in this vehicle were identified as 22-year-old Kyle Boone from Oklahoma and Sheila’s son 23-year-old Christopher Gibson from Oklahoma. All three people gave conflicting stories about Sheila and why they had traveled to Texas. They had been living in this car for about a month, while traveling on different roads to Texas. Sheila was arrested for her outstanding felony warrant from Oklahoma for Escape from Custody. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where she will await a transport back to Oklahoma.
