Spring, TX- On Thursday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit received information on the whereabouts of fugitive, 47-year-old Kenneth Zink. Deputies responded to the 6400 block of Singing Creek Lane and conducted a warrant service where the fugitive was located and apprehended in a nearby residence.
“Kenneth Zink was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for two counts of Felony Indecency by Sexual Contact of a Child. His court and bond information have not been set at this time,” Constable Mark Herman said.
