HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A traffic stop on December 5, 2025, led to the arrest of a wanted suspect, according to Constable Mark Herman’s Office.

Deputies conducted the stop in the 4600 block of Spring Stuebner Road and identified the driver as Kevon Destin. A records check revealed that Destin had an outstanding forgery warrant out of the state of Colorado.

Destin was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail on the forgery warrant. At the time of booking, bond and court information had not yet been set.

Constable Mark Herman confirmed the arrest and emphasized the importance of proactive traffic enforcement in locating wanted individuals.
