HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Last night, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 2111 block of Old Holzwarth Road. The caller advised his rims and tires were stolen from his vehicle and provided deputies with the suspect and vehicle descriptors.
Responding deputies located the suspect vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a pursuit. The suspects then exited the vehicle and fled on foot. They were not captured but deputies were able to positively identify the suspect driver and warrants for his arrest and currently being filed!
The rims and tires were recovered and deputies are returning the to the owner.
