Pct. 4 Raids Spring Massage Parlor

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On December 2, Human Trafficking Detectives with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted an undercover investigation at 5 Foot Massage, in the 3300 block of Louetta Road in Spring, following community complaints regarding alleged prostitution and possible human trafficking occurring at the business.

During the operation, a detective posing as a customer entered the establishment and was solicited for sex and/or sexual acts by a female employee. The suspect, Wu Juan Qing, was subsequently arrested and charged with Prostitution.

Detectives confirmed that the establishment was operating under a valid Massage Establishment License.

Human trafficking remains a serious issue, and individuals—often foreign nationals—are frequently brought into the United States under false pretenses involving work visas, employment opportunities, or promises of citizenship, only to be forced into sex or labor trafficking.

“If you suspect a location or individual may be involved in illegal activity, please contact the Harris County Constable Precinct 4, Mark Herman’s Office, at 281-376-3472 or online at www.constablepct4.com/regulatory-enforcement-unit. All complaints or tips can be made anonymously,” Constable Mark Herman said.
