HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Sunday, a Deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 11000 block of Louetta Rd., a busy roadway, in reference to a male solicitor. Deputies arrived him soliciting from a public roadway and impeding the flow of traffic, which is a crime (though in some counties, it seems to be tolerated, for unknown reasons…)
The man became combative and refused all verbal commands from Deputies. As they attempted to detain him, the suspect threatened to kill a Deputy. He was safely detained and identified as Anthony Sparks, who was also allegedly in possession of a stolen credit card.
“Anthony Sparks was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Retaliation and Fraudulent Possession of identifying Information. His total bond was set at $25,000, out of the 338th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
