PCT. 4 UPDATE: PERIMETER COLLAPSED, STOLEN VEHICLES RECOVERED!

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Constable Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office have collapsed the police perimeter at Mueschke Road and Jergen Road.

The evading suspect was not apprehended at this time; however, he has been positively identified. Constable Deputies will continue working to locate and apprehend the suspect.

Further investigation revealed the suspect has open felony warrants for Evading Arrest and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and all three vehicles involved were reported stolen.

West Elementary School and West Intermediate School have lifted secure mode.

The investigation remains ongoing.
