MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On July 26, a Deputy with Pct. 5 Constable Chris Jones’s Office responded to a three-vehicle crash at FM 1488 and Old Conroe Road. The driver found to be at fault appeared intoxicated, so the Deputy conducted a Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The driver was subsequently placed in custody for DWI and resisting arrest. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking.

Michael Thomas Lott, of Conroe, is charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Resisting Arrest / Search / Transport. His bonds total $1,000.
