MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On August 05, Deputies with Pct. 5 Constable Chris Jones’s Office conducted a traffic stop at the 6800 block of Spring Branch Road. The driver, Mark DeMarco was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. Deputies arrested DeMarco and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking.
Mark Dwayne Demarco, 54, of Magnolia, is charged with first-degree felony Manufacture / Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1, more than 4 grams, but less than 200 grams; and state jail felony Possession of marijuana, more than 4 ounces, but less than 5 lbs. – Bond was initially set at $100,000. He no longer appears on the jail roster.
