MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- 0n June 4, Deputies with Pct. 5 Constable Chris Jones’s Office conducted a traffic stop at HWY 249 and Vallie Rd. After a Pct. 5 K9 alerted on the vehicle for the odor of narcotics, the passenger was allegedly found to have methamphetamine in his possession and Deputies arrested him and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking.
Jacob Anothony Mayoral, 27, of Magnolia is charged with second-degree felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, more than 4 grams, but less than 200 grams. His bond was set at $10,000. The case will be heard in the 9th District Court of Montgomery County, before Judge Phil Grant.
As of this posting, Mayoral remains in the county jail.
