Pct. 5 Traffic Stop Becomes Felony Meth Bust

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Tuesday afternoon, Deputies with Pct. 5 Constable Chris Jones’s Office initiated a traffic stop in the 32000 block of Hwy 249. The driver, Aaron Sherek, was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine. Deputies arrested Sherek and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking. A K9 Unit from Pct. 3 Constable Ryan Gable’s Office assisted Pct. 5 Deputies.
Aaron James Sherek, 44, of Jersey Village is charged with third-degree felony Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B, more than 1 gram, but less than 4 grams. His bond was set at $3,000. The case will be heard in the 221st District Court. As of Friday, he remained in the Montgomery County Jail.
