MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Tuesday, a Deputy with Pct. 5 Constable Chris Jones’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 32000 block of Hwy 249 and found the woman driving allegedly had methamphetamine and THC in her possession. The Deputy arrested her and transported her to the Montgomery County Jail for booking.
Hollie Michelle Tackett, 39, of Hempstead is charged with state jail felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, less than 1 gram. The bond amount had not been set as of this posting.
