MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Saturday, a K9 Deputy with Pct. 5 Constable Chris Jones’s Office conducted a traffic stop at 15775 Capitol Hill Road and found the driver in possession of methamphetamine and a gun. The Deputy arrested the suspect and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking.
Gregory Scott Chapman, of Montgomery is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, less than 1 gram (Bond is set at $1,500); misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (Bond is set at $500)
