MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Thursday, Deputies with Pct. 5 Constable Chris Jones’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 26000 block of Decker Prairie Rosehill Road. A passenger in the vehicle was placed in custody for Tampering with physical evidence and Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) The man also had two active felony warrants out of Montgomery County. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
Robert Michael Guerra, Jr, 40, of Magnolia is charged with state jail felony Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1=B, less than 1 gram, and third-degree felony Tamper/Fabricate Physical Evidence to Impair. He was also arrested on two felony bond forfeiture warrants. All cases will be heard in the 9th District Court. On the two new charges, Guerra’s bond totals $6,000 and he’s held without bond on the two forfeiture warrants.
