Phil Grant is honored to receive his latest endorsement from Constable Rowdy Hayden of Montgomery County, Precinct 4. “I’ve been working with Phil Grant since 2009. He has exhibited integrity, fairness, and a commitment to safety in our community. It is my pleasure to endorse Phil Grant for Judge of the 9th District Court,” says Constable Hayden. Rowdy is the 4th Constable to endorse Phil for Judge. Phil has also received endorsements from Constables DeForest, Gable, and Hill. In response to Phil’s candidacy, Montgomery County Sheriff Tommy Gage noted, “In the time that I have come to know Phil, I have been continually impressed by his integrity and knowledge. Phil Grant is a candidate for Judge of the 9th District Court. He is currently Montgomery County’s First Assistant D.A. He and his wife reside in Montgomery and are members of Fellowship of Montgomery. Phil has received prestigious awards, such “Child Abuse Prosecutor of the Year” and CISD’s “Patron Influencing Education,” and was appointed to the Guardianship Certification Board by the Texas Supreme Court. In 2015, he stepped down from his role as President of the Board of Children’s Safe Harbor in Montgomery County, an organization devoted to aiding children who were victims of abuse, in order to be a candidate for Judge. He has received endorsements from virtually all law enforcement associations and leaders because of his proven dedication to public safety in our community.
