About 2:30am on Sunday a Harris County Precinct 4 deputy engaged in a short pursuit on the North Same Houston Toll Road just west of Aldine Westfield at Chaplin. Within seconds of entering the pursuit the deputy advised the rider was down, In addition the rider was then run over by a black SUV. That vehicle pulled over for a moment then fled the scene.
Precinct 4 stated the accident was under investigation and no details were available.
MCPR was created in 2008 after Jamie left a newspaper that conflicted with her ethics. Initially, it was blog style website where Jamie wrote stories and posted them with photos.
