On May 23, 2018, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 6200 block of the North Sam Houston Parkway West. The deputy discovered that the driver had given a false name and date of birth and was able to identify the suspect as Zachary Martin.
During the investigation the Constable Deputy discovered that Martin had an open felony warrant for his arrest and also located 95.12 grams of Heroin and 5.75 grams of Methamphetamine hidden inside of the vehicle.
“Zachary Martin was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver. He received No Bond out of the 178th District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman.
