South of the Brenham to Huntsville line:
Overview: As the front stalls over southeast Texas, coverage should shift southward Wednesday. Rainfall amounts of 1-2 inches will be possible in this region.
Impacts could include:
-Street flooding in low lying areas with poor drainage and underpasses
-Monitor for rises on bayous, creeks and rivers
