PRECINCT 2 MAKES LARGE DRUG BUST IN CONROE

Working from a tip given to Montgomery County Constable Pct. 2, investigators began an investigation into a house in the 200 block of Pine Shadows Dr. in Conroe.  It was reported that there was heavy vehicle traffic that was briefly stopping at a house.  An occupant of the vehicle would run up to the house and then run back out to the vehicle and leave.  This activity would take place at all hours of the day and night and the anonymous adviser thought this was suspicious and feared that there was a drug house in their neighborhood.

Information and evidence gathered from Montgomery County Constable Pct. 2 investigator was collected and taken to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office where a search warrant for the house was obtained.  The search warrant was then executed with assistance from Conroe Police Department Narcotic investigators and their SWAT team.

Found inside the house was +400 grams THC oil, +/-$20k cash, THC gummy bears, raw marijuana, stolen Glock pistol, and other paraphernalia.  A single occupant inside the house, 18 year old Edouard Omar Peterson who was the focus of the investigation, was arrested.

Peterson was taken to Montgomery County Jail where he was charged with Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2A >=400grams a 1st Degree Felony and Possession of Marijuana <= 5lbs >4oz a State Jail Felony.  As the investigation continues with the evidence collected from the scene more charges are expected to be filed.

Montgomery County Constable Pct. 2, being seated in the heart of Conroe, wants to thank the citizens of Conroe for caring for their community and reaching out to us to make their community a safer place to live.
