Precinct 3 Constables have arrested yet another person shoplifting at the Walmart on Riley Fuzzel. Robert Garth Stanley, 47, of West 24th Street in Houston was arrested on October 7th. He was charged with theft of less than $100. However, due top previous convictions he is charged with a State Jail Felony punishable for up to 2-years. His bond is set at $1500.
This was not his first incident. Harris County has had him jailed on many occasions..
