The Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office is currently investigating a sexual assault that occurred on 01/05/2016 in the 4700 block of Lake Woodlands Drive.
It has been reported that a 14 year old victim was jogging on the greenbelt at approximately 4:45 pm in the area when an unidentified male came up from behind her and assaulted her.
The victim was taken via ambulance to Memorial Hermann Hospital where an examination was performed the final results are still pending. There are indications that a sexual assault possibly took place.
The only descriptors on the suspect as of now are White Male, 30-40 years of age, black clothing and facial stubble.
The Precinct 3 Constable’s Office along with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office are working together to apprehend this suspect as soon as possible. The Sheriff’s Office will be increasing area patrols.
