Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 Deputies served 40 civil papers with 3 evictions throughout East Montgomery County. Numerous suspects were arrested clearing 38 JP4 warrants 5 Montgomery County warrants and 1 other county warrant.
No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way!
18 vehicles were towed in Precinct 4 because drivers had no license and/or no insurance and 14 were towed because the drivers were arrested.
Neighborhood patrol
- On February 2, just before 11 p.m., Deputy J. Bergland stopped an SUV with expired registration in the 16400 block of Hwy 105. While speaking with the driver, Bergland noticed an odor of marijuana from inside the vehicle and discovered a small bag at the feet of the rear passenger, who also had rolling papers on his person. Matthew Thomas Davis, 19, of Conroe is charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
- Fabian Diaz, 46, is charged with Public Intoxication. On February 7, around 6 p.m., Deputy E. Rivera responded to a call regarding a man slumped over the steering wheel of his pickup truck in the parking lot of the McDonald’s restaurant in the 24600 block of FM 1314 in Porter, where he found Diaz with a strong smell of alcohol on his breath, bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech. When Rivera asked Diaz their location, Diaz responded “Deerbrook Mall.”
- Dustin Bryan Sechrist, 22, of Houston, is charged with state jail felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. Suspicious behavior during a routine traffic stop near the intersection of Lodge Road and FM 1485 led to the discovery of methamphetamine inside the vehicle.
