Baker was taken to the Montgomery County Jail where he is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

On January 21, 2023, A Deputy went to a crash at FM 1488 and Greenfield Forest Dr. The driver, Kaleb Dylan Morris, of 33018 Greenfield, in Magnolia showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. Morris was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with driving while intoxicated. His bond was set at $600.
