MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Wednesday, Deputies with Pct. 5 Constable Chris Jones’s Office executed a search warrant at a home in the 30800 block of Meadowood Drive in Magnolia. The search revealed cocaine, heroin, and Fentanyl. Two men on location were arrested and charged.
Michael David Gibbs of Magnolia is charged with three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams. His bond was set at $10,000 per charge. The case will be tried in the 221st District Court before Judge Lisa Michalk.
Jesse Ryan Giogaia, of Hockley is charged with three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams. His bond was set at $10,000 per charge. The case will be tried in the 221st District Court. He also had a Blue Warrant, which is issued when someone violates the terms of their parole.
Gibbs really blew it with this arrest – he was still supposed to be abiding by the terms of the deferred adjudication he was given in May of a first-degree felony Manufacture / Delivery of a Controlled Substance charge. Now, it doesn’t matter if he was working off the hefty number of community service hours and seeing his probation officer as scheduled. Unfortunately for him, Gibbs will be facing the same Judge who showed him mercy and gave him an opportunity to turn his life around.
